What Information is Collected?
When contacting MyDirectionMaps for issues or questions related to the Service via our email address at , you have the option but not the requirement to submit PII. PII (such as email address, name, and other personally identifying information) is collected to enable MyDirectionMaps to respond to your issues and effectively communicate with you. Other information, such as your IP Address, browser type, operating system, unique identifier number and browsing history is collected during normal use of the Service. You must have installed our Extension in order to submit your ticket and you must provide us with information sufficient to verify your identity before we can handle your request. You can also designate an authorized agent to submit a ticket on your behalf by providing us with written authorization for such agent. We may be exempt from responding to your request under applicable law and will notify you if this is applicable. For example, if we are unable to locate your information because such information has already been deleted or your identity cannot be verified, your request may be rejected.
